Feather Bees is here to make light work of beekeeping management for a reasonable monthly fee. Our base residential service pricing covers two hives with year-round management services.

Free on-site Evaluation
First let’s find out the best place to place your beehives. Using factors such as: Compass direction, Sun exposure, vicinity to your home and neighbors, we find the best place for your bees where they can be enjoyed the most.
One-time Setup fee: $997
For a reasonable one-time setup fee, you get a lot:
Two live Honey Bee colonies ready for their new home.
Enough Equipment for two beehives for your first year.
On-site setup of Equipment and Honey bees so you can get started!
Additional Beehives
Want to add more beehives to your Apiary? We can manage more hives for you! Only add $47 for each additional beehive over your original two to your monthly cost with no setup fees!
Backyard Starter Plan: $175
Get started with two beehives for $175/month. Enjoy the benefits of beekeeping without the work—we manage everything for you! This is what your One-time setup fee gets you.
Backyard Expansion Option: +$47
Need more hives? Add additional beehives to your plan for just $47/month per hive beyond the first two. Expand your apiary effortlessly while we handle the management!
This is a great way to start marketing & selling your own honey!
Color your Colonies: $40
Want to add some color to your beehives? You buy the paint and for $40 we will paint all the boxes for you! Just choose any light to medium shade (nothing dark) in an Exterior Latex and we will do the rest!
No color? In that case they will be primed in a double layer of white paint…the bees aren’t picky.

Regular Inspections
Regular inspections keep your beehives happy, healthy and productive. We also provide reports about how your bees are doing after each inspection.

Local, Raw Honey
Enjoy the golden benefits of honey from your own backyard; it doesn’t get more local than this! Skip the expensive processing equipment and let the beekeeper harvest, extract, bottle and deliver your honey straight to your door.

Beehive Warranty
Occasionally there are losses in beekeeping but that shouldn’t mean you have to miss out. Our Beehive warranty provides replacement beehives at no cost to you.
